2. Eligibility

3. Membership

5. Partner Businesses

For businesses joining as partners:

  • You must provide accurate business registration information
  • All submitted documents must be valid and current
  • Offers must be honored as advertised to BolehBoleh members
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend business partnerships

6. Offers and Benefits

Member offers and benefits:

  • Are subject to availability and partner business terms
  • May be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated
  • May have expiration dates or usage limits

BolehBoleh is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by partner businesses.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Create fake accounts or provide false information
  • Use automated systems to access the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or partners
  • Engage in fraudulent redemption of offers

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you lose access to all membership benefits.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BolehBoleh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, BolehBoleh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
